QVARTZ, a Danish consultancy firm, has published a “7-steps Game Plan” aimed at companies for the successful integration of refugees into the job market. The report, based on the Danish job market, contains nevertheless relevant information for all wanting to do the same. The New European interviewed the authors of the report in order to know more about their proposals.
Osman Kimil, founder of Unipack, has taken the initiative to start a program of hiring refugees in his company in Germany: thanks to his New European background, he was able to quickly grasp what refugees have gone through in their lives.
